Allison attended Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy and graduated in May 2005. Allison specializes in Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, hot stone, body stretching and range of motion and prenatal massage.
Becky
Licensed Nail Technician
Becky has been a member of the Elante staff since July of 2002. She attended Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology and is licensed as Nail Specialist. Becky specializes in our Elante Spa Pedicures and Manicures.
Becky enjoys giving the massage portion of this particular service that accompanies the Elante Spa Pedicure and Elante Spa Manicure. Becky has a loyal clientele and cherishes the friendships she has developed over the past seven years. She also looks forward to meeting and getting to know new clients of Elante Day Spa who want and deserve the best Spa Pedicure and Spa Manicure in the midlands!
Brittany
Licensed Esthetician and Make-Up Artist
Brittany graduated from the South Carolina Massage Therapy and Esthetics Institute and received her licensed in 2007. She is trained in GloMinerals cosmetics and enjoys doing make-up for pageants, proms and weddings.
Dana
Licensed Massage Therapist and Licensed Esthetician
Dana is a dual licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician. She graduated from The Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy, Charlotte, North Carolina and became state licensed in 1998.
Dana has been trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Craniosacral, Hot Stones, Prenatal, Reflexology and Therapeutic Touch. Upon completion of her massage license, she continued her skills by pursuing an esthetics license. She graduated from Esthetics International of Columbia, South Carolina and became state licensed in 1999. After becoming licensed, she received additional training in Facials, Microdermabrasion and Body Treatments. Dana has been with Elante Day Spa since 2001.
Gloria
Licensed Esthetician
Gloria graduated from Esthetics International in 2000 and is an active member of NCA, DNA and ACSP. She has been on staff with Elante Day Spa since 2004. Before joining our team, Gloria worked as a clinical specialist in the dermatology field for over 9 years. In fact, she worked alongside and was trained by one of Columbia’s premier Cosmetic Dermatologists.
Gloria now applies her dermatological experience to her services here at Elante. She holds certificates and has advanced training in medical-grade microdermabrasion and chemical peels. Gloria is highly skilled in dealing with skin conditions such as: hyper-pigmentation, discoloration, sun-damaged skin, and acne-prone skin. She also offers her services for microdermabrasion, chemical peels, facials, whole body skin treatments, facial waxing, and eyelash/eyebrow tinting. Gloria is also a vital member of our Elante Cosmetic Medical team, and she is instrumental in providing our patients with safe, result-oriented outcomes. Because of her vast experience and medical training in dermatology, Gloria is one of the most knowledgeable and sought-after medical estheticians in South Carolina.

Jeanne
Licensed Esthetician / Nail Technician, Permanent Cosmetic Technician
Jeanne has been a valuable member of the Elante staff since it opened for business in August of 1999. However, Jeanne got her first start in the cosmetology field when she graduated from the cosmetology program at Airport High School in 1989. She also attended and holds diplomas from Esthetics International and the American Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics.
Jeanne received her OJT Certificate from the South Carolina Barber Board in 1986, and became a Licensed cosmetologist in 1989. Jeanne received her Nail Technician License in 1990 and became a South Carolina State Licensed Instructor in 1992. In 2005, she became certified in Intradermal Cosmetics which allows her to perform our permanent make-up procedures for Elante Cosmetic Medical. Jeanne takes pride in offering intradermal-tattooing in a medically safe and responsible manner. Jeanne has vast clinical experience and works closely with our trained physicians to offer the latest advancements in permanent make-up procedures.
Jodie
Licensed Massage Therapist
Jodie attended the Desert Institute in Tucson, AZ to become a licensed massage therapist and has been practicing since 2004. She specializes in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, maternity, and aromatherapy massages. Jodie has been with Elante since 2006. She is also a member of the Cosmetic Medical team and assists our doctors and laser technician during treatments.
Jonathan D. Gardner
Laser Specialist
Jonathan is a trained laser specialist who performs all of our laser procedures for Elante Cosmetic Medical. He has over ten years of clinical experience in the medical laser field. In addition to his relationship with Elante Cosmetic Medical, Jonathan also works for Southern Medical Lasers, a company that has been providing the most prominent plastic surgeons and dermatologists in the Southeast with state-of-the-art cosmetic laser systems since 1998.
Jonathan has trained some of the brightest minds in the aesthetic medical community and is highly respected for his laser-based knowledge and clinical experience.Jonathan is an expert in the removal of professional and home-made tattoos, and he has successfully performed over a thousand laser treatments throughout his career.Jonathan specializes in the following laser treatments: tattoo removal, reduction of hair-growth, facial rejuvenation, vascular and pigmented lesions/birthmarks, and ablative/non-ablative facial procedures. Jonathan is a Columbia native who graduated from Heathwood Hall Episcopal School in 1994, and he earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Elon University in 1998. When not seeing patients, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and son, Danyele and Jon David. Jonathan and Danyele are expecting their second son later this December.
Kayla
Licensed Cosmetologist
Kayla attended Chris Logan Cosmetology School and graduated in 1994. She also recently completed her Masters in Management from Southern Wesleyan University in 2008. She has been doing hair for 14 years, four of which has been at Elante. She enjoys specialty color services, highlighting and trendy haircuts. Kayla specializes in relaxer services and straightening. Most of all, Kayla loves healthy, stylish hair.
Kellie
Licensed Cosmetologist
Kellie attended Columbia Beauty School and received her cosmetology license in 1999. She has been with Elante since March 2001. Kellie enjoys highlighting and giving trendy, new haircuts.
Kristina
Licensed Nail Technician
Kristina graduated from Kenneth Shulers in 1999. She has been in the nail care industry for ten years and has been with Elante for four of those years. Kristina offers a wide range of nail services. She is currently attending cosmetology school and will soon add hair design and make-up artistry to her services provided at Elante.
Mac Nowell, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Nowell is a cum laude graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. Board Certified and trained in Emergency Medicine, he has worked in the Lexington area for the past 6 years. Prior to becoming one of the medical directors of Elante Day Spa, he pursued post graduate training in medical aesthetics including dermal fillers, Botox, and medical laser therapeutics.
Margaret
Licensed Nail Technician
Margaret is a licensed nail technician and has been with Elante since 2000. After spending 2 years as a Spa Coordinator, she attended the Nail Clinic School of Manicures, Inc. in Columbia, SC and became licensed in 2002. Margaret lives in Irmo with her husband and two daughters, ages 10 and 2.
Patrick O’Malley, MD
Medical Director
Dr. O’Malley is one of the medical directors of Elante. He is residency trained in Emergency Medicine and is a graduate of the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University and completed his residency training at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. He has been practicing medicine in the Lexington area for 2 years. He has completed post graduate training in medical aesthetics including the use of botox, dermal fillers and laser therapeutics.

Sherry
Licensed Massage Therapist
Sherry has been a massage therapist since 1999. She specializes in deep tissue and neuromuscular massage, craniosacral therapy & acupressure, as well as Swedish, hot stone and maternity massage. Sherry attended South Carolina Massage Therapy Institute and has been on staff at Elante Since 2001.
Tessa
Licensed Esthetician
Tessa has been a licensed esthetician since 2000. She specializes in body and facial waxing, facials, body treatments and microdermabrasion. Tessa attended Esthetics International for her esthetic training. She has completed her massage therapy training at the South Carolina Massage and Esthetics Institute and is currently obtaining licensure. She is also a licensed nail technician but is no longer providing nail services. Tessa has been employed with Elante since 2004.
Vickie
Licensed Nail Technician
Vickie has been a nail technician since 2002. She attended the Charleston South Carolina School of Cosmetology. She is a returning staff member with 2 ½ years of service. Vickie specializes in natural nail care which includes manicures and pedicures.
