Appointments
Please arrive at least ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure that you receive your service in its entirety. Late arrivals will result in less treatment time in order to maintain daily schedules. Gratuities are not included in the cost of services.
Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation to avoid a 50% service fee. All spa packages must be held with a credit card.

Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, personal checks, Travelers checks, valid Elante Gift Certificates and cash.

Lost Items
We regret we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles.
Cell Phones
The nature of the spa experience is one of quiet, tranquility and relaxation. To enhance this experience for everyone, we ask that you turn off cell phones and pagers before entering the spa.
